Returns

Our return policy allows for a return inquiry within 15 calendar days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at play@childhoodgems.ca

Upon acceptance of your return, we will send a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

In case of defective or incorrect items, please email us at play@childhoodgems.ca within 15 calendar days from the purchase date. We will evaluate your case individually. The item(s) must be in the original condition (unscented, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact). Please provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will provide store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.

We do not provide cash refunds. All refunds will be in the form of store credits with a one-month validity from the date issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping or courier costs.

We reserve the right to reject any item(s) not in their original condition.

All seasonal sales are final. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.

Exchanges
To ensure you get the desired item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, if available.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be in the form of store credits (coupon codes) with a one-month validity from the date issued.
