Returns

Damages:
Please email us at info@childhoodgems.ca within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. We will evaluate your case individually. The item(s) must be in the original condition (unscented, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact). Please provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect. You will receive full refund for the defective or incorrect items. 

Please note, we maintain video records of the packaging process for all orders.

Exchanges After Placing an Order:
Please note that exchanges cannot be processed if your order has already been processed or if a shipping label has been created. We notify customers via email or SMS once an order has been processed. Providing accurate contact information for these notifications is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation:
A 3% cancellation fee applies to orders canceled after placement due to credit card processing fees. However, no cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled due to items being out of stock.

Returns & Refunds :
Our return policy allows for a return inquiry within 15 calendar days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@childhoodgems.ca. 

Once we’ve received and investigated your case, we will notify you of the outcome. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method if the issue was determined to be our fault. Otherwise, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping or courier costs if the case is deemed to be not our faults. 

Upon acceptance of your return, we will send a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items returned without prior request will not be accepted. 

Exchanges for the approved returned items depend on stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will provide store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.

We do not provide cash refunds. All refunds will be in the form of store credits with a one-month validity from the date issued. 

We reserve the right to reject any item(s) not in their original condition.
