1. Do you have a physical store location?
A: We do not. We are currently selling only online.

2. Are your toys safe and non-toxic?
A: Yes, all our toys are child safe and painted with non-toxic material. 

3. Where are the toys manufactured?

A: Made across the world. Each toy's country of origin is specific to the brand. For example, Wooden Caterpillar toys are made in Russia.

4. Do you ship Internationally?

A. We ship only within Canada and to The USA directly from our website. For other countries, you will need to contact us for shipping cost.

5. Do you offer FREE local pickup?

A. YES. You can pick up your order free at 217 Pringle Drive in Barrie, ON. You can choose local pickup at checkout.

6. How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please, make sure that you provided us a valid contact info for this matter.

7. What is your return policy?
A: We accept return request within 15 days of delivery if the toy is unused and in its original packaging. For details, please checkout our return policy. All seasonal sales are final. 

8. Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
A: Yes, you can add a personalized message under "Order Instruction".

9. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and AfterPay. We do not accept Paypal due to high processing fees.

11. What if the toy I received is damaged or defective?
A: If you receive a damaged or defective toy, please visit our return policy immediately and take actions accordingly.
